Audrey J. Beach is a designated Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). Her advanced coaching training and coursework includes Certified Coach Intensive Training from Thomas Leonardâ€™s school of coaching. She brings to executive coaching more than 25 years experience in management, coaching, facilitation and training. Audreyâ€™s career spans the industrial sector, research and development, business services in both public and private organizations, the government and consulting and coaching services.
Audrey has coached and consulted both domestically and internationally. She led a global career and leadership coaching division of Drake Beam Morin (DBM) in Singapore, where she was named Director. Shortly upon her return to the United States she became the Managing Consultant for DBMâ€™s Cincinnati, Ohio division. In 2001 Audrey chose to start up her own coaching business, Succeed With Coaching. Also in 2001, she assisted in launching Creative Learning, LLC a company based in Atlanta, Georgia which designs and develops interactive learning maps.

Audreyâ€™s involvement as a long-standing member and contributor to the former Ohio Quality & Productivity Forum (OQPF) helps her approach challenging business issues from a systems perspective. She was a member of an Ohio-based Deming (Dr. Edwards W. Deming) study group and served as facilitator to the OQPF Board of Directors for over 8 years.
She is certified in utilizing various assessments, leadership and career instruments. She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Lomingerâ€™s VOICES 360. Audrey is also a certified facilitator for â€śToo Young To Retire,â€ť an organization that assists and guides others in identifying and pursuing later life â€śpost workâ€ť options.
